COURSESEARCH4U BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Coursesearch4u aims to deliver a high standard of service when managing your course requirements and running our own courses. We do need accurate information concerning the numbers attending each course and the ideal location and dates
The terms and conditions stated refer to members and non-members of coursesearch4u
We respectfully draw your attention to the following booking terms and conditions.
| 1 | The Contract |
| 1.1 | All initial enquiries must be confirmed by completing the on-line enquiry form either on the home page or the contacts page. After the initial enquiry you have no obligation to proceed further. |
| 1.2 | Coursesearch4u will respond by email to your enquiry within 48 hours and supply you with a minimum of 3 options based on you enquiry. The options will contain full course title, location, dates and prices and any other information relevant to your enquiry |
| 1.3 | To accept one of the options you must complete and return via email the options form, this will then constitute a legally binding contract and coursesearch4u will commence managing the course enquiry on your behalf |
| 1.4 | Payment will be due immediately once you have accepted the relevant option. |
| 1.5 | Payment will be payable to coursesearch4u and we will pay the necessary course fees to the training provider once we receive your payment, the service we offer to you remains as simple as possible with you only dealing with one party. |
| 2 | Cancellation |
| 2.1 | Coursesearch4u will not be responsible In the event of a cancellation or failure to attend the training course as we will have to accept the terms and conditions of the training provider. We will not reimburse any payments made by you to coursesearch4u if the training provider rejects to reimburse the course fee. |
| 2.2 | If the training provider reimburses the whole course fee or part of the (dependant on their terms and conditions) we will make arrangements to re-pay you. |
| 2.3 | Where such circumstances arise the training provider reserves the right to cancel any course without prior notification. A full refund will be offered or the opportunity to attend an alternative training session. |
| 3 | Charges |
| 3.1 | Coursesearch4u will source the most cost effective course based on your requirements, we cannot be responsible for the price structures of the training providers. The coursesearch4u fee will be 10% per candidate per course, (excluding members as they do not pay the 10% fee as part of their membership) |
| 4 | Training Provider |
| 4.1 | Coursesearch4u will deal with training providers that can offer the courses based on your enquiry, however in the event of any problems when attending their courses we will not be responsible. We will however assist you in settling any problems with the training provider |
| 5 | Health & Safety |
| 5.1 | The training provider and not coursesearch4u will be responsible for the health & safety of candidates whilst attending courses |
